To maintain the Rosita® softgels in the best possible state for the longest time, keep them in dark storage at room temperature, ideally ranging from 58°F to 78°F (15°C to 25°C).
Short temperature exposure either way has little-to-no impact on the oil. Cold temperatures over prolonged periods can increase the permeability of the gel and so they should not be refrigerated or frozen.

Very impressed with the quality of the cod liver oil. We have have a few issues with the softgels sticking together when we receive our order. None of the softgels have ever broken open in the bottle - just all clumped together and need to be shaken apart.

Rosita® softgels are made of fish gelatin, water, and glycerin. This material is soft, jelly-like, and will get sticky when warm. There is no need for worry, this is normal. Please allow the softgels to sit in a cool place to get back to normal.
Once they are cool, tap the bottle to break up the softgels. They come apart with ease.

I have been taking for over a year, started with 1, then 2 and eventually at full dose with 3 softgels a day. I am going through perimenopause and I think this is supporting my skin and brain health. It is a bit pricey for a full dose, but it may be worth the investment, not planning to stop until I find another brand of this high quality.
